Lean Operations Monitor — Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Lean Operations Monitor Excel Add-in (the "Add-in") provided by Lean Excel Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Add-in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Free and Pro tiers

• Free: Dashboard, OEE Calculator, Takt Time Calculator, and Pareto Chart Generator may be used without an account.
• Lean Ops Pro: Setup, Reference Data, Logs, and Analytics require an active paid subscription and sign-in (Microsoft, Google, or email).

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Lean Ops Pro subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (and/or affiliates) as Merchant of Record. Your purchase agreement for paid fees is with Paddle. Paddle issues tax invoices, collects applicable taxes where required, and handles refunds under its policies.

3. Subscriptions, billing interval, renewals, and cancellation

• Lean Ops Pro is offered on a monthly or annual billing interval, selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
• Cancel or update your payment method via Manage billing in the Add-in (Paddle customer portal).
• Access to Pro continues through the paid period end after cancellation, subject to Paddle's records and our entitlement sync.
• If a payment fails, we show a payment-failed notice in the Add-in and Paddle will retry the charge per its dunning schedule before access is suspended.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Add-in only with workbooks you are authorized to access. You must not reverse engineer, abuse entitlements, or use the Add-in to violate applicable law. Analysis results are decision-support tools; you remain responsible for operational and financial decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Add-in software, branding, and documentation remain our property (and our licensors'). Your workbook data remains yours.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

The Add-in is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from operational decisions made using the Add-in.

7. Privacy

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
